Welcome to the Dark Nebula, the portal between the Sailor Moon universe and the Dragon Ball Z universe. I am Kouji Andrea, guardian of the portal and Sailor Nebula. My "job" is much like Sailor Pluto's, but I'm a bit more...lenient. In other words, I often meddle in their lives and so am well-known. In my knigdom, you can visit either the Sailor Scouts and their world, or the Z gang and their world, or go to other worlds. It's your choice. Just don't be surprised by some of my permanent guests that you'll see around my kingdom.
